đź”® We're Live! The Uncertainty Project v1.0
We’re finally opening up the first iteration (v1.0) of The Uncertainty Project.
Today’s a big day! 🚀
After two long months, we’re finally opening up the first iteration (v1.0) of The Uncertainty Project. 🔮
Why an iteration? Because this is only the beginning! We still have so much more to do! With today’s release comes 16 tools and techniques for decision making, a library of 52 cognitive biases, and a forum for threads highlighting the topics from the weekly newsletter.
You’ll notice that getting to those pages requires a free sign-up, but any of the individual pages can be shared without a login.
For example, any of these pages can be easily shared without having to log in:
🛠️ A tool page: Nominal Group Collaboration
đź’¬ A thread: How collective illusions influence decision making
đź“ť A contributor page: Kyle Byrd
🧠A bias page: Dunning-Kruger Effect
How can you get involved?
The best way to get involved today is to share the newsletter, engage on threads (comments at the bottom), and review content on Gitbook to help us make it better.
Over the next couple of months, we’ll be starting a Slack group, adding more content (including playbooks), and continuing to post weekly to the newsletter. If any of those interest you, just let us know here!
Big Thanks! 🙏
Hugeeee shout out to Chris Butler and Barry O’Reilly for contributing content to the first iteration - aside from the tools and techniques they’ve contributed to TUP, they have so much additional content around decision making. Just a few of my personal favorites:
From Chris (Lead PM, ML at Google):
From Barry (Best-selling Author, Cofounder at Nobody Studios):
A final thanks to our growing group of product leaders contributing as advisors as well as the dozens of people across various functions who have contributed thoughts and feedback to this.
Much more to come! đź”®
